Department Services

  • Set up and installation of  district standard desktop and laptop computers
  • Installation and configuration of district standard printers
  • Installation/upgrade and configuration of licensed district standard software
  • Provide network access for computers, printers and other devices
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems
  • Repair and upgrades for warrantied and out of warranty equipment
  • Acquire replacement components for technology equipment
  • Computer security needs including Windows updates, patches, antivirus and spyware solutions

We strive to offer excellent customer service in all areas of desktop support in an effort to meet the technology needs of AUSD students and staff.

 

 

 

 

Technology Support Staff

Our 4 technology technicians are  "Dell Certified" which means they must annually pass proficiency examinations on each of the Dell product families to be serviced and supported.

Certification provides technicians with the knowledge, tools and support necessary to maintain Dell desktops, notebooks and printers which are AUSD's standard equipment.

Our Help Desk Technician is A+ Certified, an international, vendor neutral certification confirming the ability to perform various technological tasks and having proficiency in numerous technologies and operating systems.
